1. Choose Your Project Start Date

The Monday you select on the calendar marks the start of your design week (Week 1).

You’ll need to be available to give quick feedback during Week 1 (e.g., Tuesday evening for a sneak peak of the homepage) and again over the weekend and into Week 2, so we can keep your project moving without delays.

2. Download the Pre-Project Checklist

Get organised and ready.

This checklist covers everything you need to have prepared before we begin.

3. Prepare Your Content & Copy

Let’s get everything ready before our big design week.

You can use the Website Content Guide to gather your copy and images. It includes prompts for what to include on each page of your website.

If you’re working with a copywriter or already have your content ready, feel free to email your materials directly instead.

4. Book Your Website Prep Call

Book a 1-hour call the week before your design week.

This call ensures we’re fully aligned on your content, branding, and project goals before I begin your design.

Please make sure your website content and assets are ready at least one day before the call, so I can review them in advance and provide feedback or copy suggestions during our chat.

5. Asset Upload Folder

I’ll create a private Google Drive folder for you to upload your images, logos, or any additional assets.

I’ll share your folder link via email within 48 hours.

What to Expect: The 2-Week Process

Here’s how your 2-week website intensive will work:

Week 1: Design & Build

  • Monday: Planning and brand review (or creation if you purchased the branding add-on). I’ll send your updated branding for review by end of day. Feedback due by midday Tuesday.

  • Tuesday: I’ll send you your homepage draft by end of day. Send any initial reactions by 10 AM Wednesday.

  • Wednesday–Thursday: I’ll build the rest of the website and integrate content.

  • Friday: I’ll send the full website preview by end of day Friday.
Your feedback/revisions are due by Monday 10 AM.

Week 2: Revisions & Launch

  • Monday–Wednesday: I’ll implement your edits and revisions.

  • Thursday or Friday: We’ll have a “Lesson & Launch” call, where I’ll walk you through your website and show you how to make updates yourself.

  • I’ll run through my launch checklist, including 3rd-party integrations (newsletter, booking tools, etc.).

  • Friday: Website goes live!
