Brand Ignite Website Redesign Proposal

Hi,

Thank you for considering me for the redesign and development of your Brand Ignite website! I’ve put together two tailored options for you to choose from based on your needs and feedback style. Each package includes a fully responsive, modern design integrating your new branding, copy, and case studies.

Packages

Option 1: 1-week Website Intensive

This package is if you prefer a quick turnaround and collaborative process within a set timeframe.
£ 1000 Split in to 2 payments or pay in full
  • Built on WordPress
  • One-week turnaround time fo website build and revisions
  • 7 main pages including: Home, What We Do, Brands, Thoughts (blog), About Us, Everyday Life, Get in Touch
  • 5 additional standard legal pages (Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Modern Slavery Statement, etc.)
  • Mobile-responsive design: Your website looks great on any device (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Branding integration (colours, logo - minor revisions): Align your website with your brand identity.
  • Two weeks of email support post-launch for any questions or issues.

Option 2: Flexible Staged Development

This option offers a more relaxed timeline with flexibility for team feedback and iterative revisions. It’s ideal if you prefer a staged approach with options to review and refine the design.
£ 1250 Split in to 2 payments or pay in full
  • Built on WordPress
  • More flexible timeline (Completed within 3 months, as quickly as 3 weeks)
  • 7 main pages including: Home (2 design variations), What We Do, Brands, Thoughts (blog), About Us, Everyday Life, Get in Touch
  • 5 additional standard legal pages (Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Modern Slavery Statement, etc.)
  • Mobile-responsive design: Your website looks great on any device (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Branding integration (colours, logo - minor revisions): Align your website with your brand identity.
  • Two weeks of email support post-launch for any questions or issues.

Additional Notes

  • A website strategy call will be scheduled the week prior to your start date to discuss design, content, and your vision.
  • We’ll provide a website strategy questionnaire and a space for you to upload branding elements and content before we begin.
  • Payment is either pay in full or split into two instalments, with the first half due upon booking and the second half due one month later.

Next Steps

Email me once you’ve chosen your website package, you can select a start date and I’ll email you an invoice. This will secure your spot and kick off the process!

1 Week website Timeline & Process

Day 1: Monday

Homepage preview delivered by the end of the day (and possibly one additional page).

You review the homepage and provide feedback to guide the design of the remaining pages.

Day 1: Monday

Day 2: Tuesday

The majority of the remaining pages are built and shared for your review. 

Day 2: Tuesday

Day 3 - 4: Wednesday & Thursday

Finishing the final pages, testing, final tweaks, and revisions based on your feedback.

By end of day Thursday, the site is ready for launch or put in a “Coming Soon” state with instructions on how to remove it.

Day 3 - 4: Wednesday & Thursday

Post-Launch

New training videos provided by the end of the following week.

2 weeks of post-launch support where you can submit a final list of changes via a revision sheet.

Choose Your Project Start Date

The Monday you select on the calendar marks the start of your design week (Week 1). Please review the full 2-week process below for a detailed timeline. You’ll need to be available to give quick feedback during Week 1 (e.g., Tuesday evening) and again over the weekend and into Week 2, so we can keep your project moving without delays.
