Once you’ve selected a day and time, I need some information from you to make the most of our time together. Please fill out this form with any information you think is relevant to our call and to help me solve your problem, and submit it along with your payment of £55 (payment is on the next page). This fee covers the call and a follow-up email with a summary and advice.

There’s no such thing as too little info! The more information you can provide on the issues your facing or wish to go over, the better! I’ll review your information before the call.
